Hey everyone, finally some good news! After a lot of deliberation, serious prayer and listening, I truly believe that God has given us a place. Our application had been approved for quite some time but we didn't want to commit because we had a few reservations. However, God has shut doors to other places and has left us with this option, so we're really trusting God to make things work! The three of us moving in, Craig, Naomi and I are excited about the move on the 9th (Good Friday), although it's going to be a slog, having to pick up furniture and stuff from three different places... any volunteers out there wanting to give me a Shiatsu massage after?? Anyhow, soon after that, we should be having a soiree, so if you're reading this and you happen to be in town, drop in and celebrate with us! For those of you who are still into sending snail mail, which I love receiving! (hinthint), this is my new postal address as of the 9th:

Sorry about the long wait for an update! It's been a hectic two weeks trying to find a place. As mentioned beforehand, I'm staying with a good friend at the moment and we're in the market for a new unit because the landlady is selling our place. One of my other mates, Craig, and I have been braving the last bits of the mad Australian summer this week in search of a suitable dwelling. Besides all that, uni has been ok, second week just started and it looks like a pretty tough semester even though it's my last one! I was hoping that there would be something fun and simple to do, but alas... nothing. One special note today though, it's Linnet's birthday and Josh's as well, I think, so happy birthday to you both!! I hope you have a fantastic day and celebration tonight, if you've planned one. Anyhow, I'd best be off, have to get my bus to the city... knowing public transport in Brisbane, it could come 10 minutes early, late or not at all, so I'm going there now. If you're reading this post, I sincerely hope you're doing well and will try to touch base with you shortly!
